Introduction: Making the Key Decisions

Let's work on your mindset, make those key decisions and create an action plan for the next
2 weeks. In this introduction, you will also learn how the course will work and get access to
all the necessary information

Session 1: Setting up your Business

In this session, you will learn everything you need to setup your business. We will go over setting up your business assets, creating your prices and packages, deciding on curriculum, and tutorials on how to setup your payments through Stripe (& more!)

Session 2: Launching your Business

Once you have worked through setting everything up, we are going to go over how to

launch this with your students' parents and how to create a funnel for your business.

I will not leave any stone unturned so that you are equipped and ready!

Session 3: Organisation & Systems

How do you stay organised? We will learn how to track your students and manage

them using some simple organisational methods that I will teach you. We will also go over

the systems you should have in place to make your life easier.

Session 4: Marketing & Scaling

Once you have a few students you may want to grow and scale. In this session I will teach

you some simple marketing strategies in Wechat and beyond so that you can keep

students coming into your business to be able to scale bigger.

Your Questions Answered

Is this only for those wanting to teach on their own?

The focus of the program will be on freelance teaching or building a private online tutoring business with their Chinese ESL students.

Is there a refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of this course, the short duration and the low entry price, there is no refund policy for this course.

Is this only for online teachers?

Yes, this course is geared towards platform teachers who used to work for a Chinese ESL company and are wanting to teach their students privately. Aspects of the course will be helpful for any market but we will be focusing on the Chinese market.

Is this self-paced?

Yes, it can be self-paced as you will have access to it for lifetime but it is recommended to go through it as the trainings get released. Check the top of this page to see the next live launch.

What if I can't make the Zoom sessions?

The zoom sessions are mainly Q&A as follow up to the Modules that are released. If you can't make the zoom sessions, they will be recorded and made available to you after the session is finished.

How much work is involved?

That question is hard to answer as some will work more than others. It just depends on where you are at and what time you have available. A suggested work time framework would be to work on your business for at least an hour / day.

Do I need to have WeChat?

While you do not have to have WeChat, it is the primary method of communication with Chinese clients. We can help you get verified and up and running with WeChat in the course so don't let that prevent you from joining!

Do I need to already have parents asking for classes?

This course will help you move faster if you already have a couple of parents asking about private classes. You only need to have a couple of contacts to get started and those existing contacts will grow into more with my strategies.
